The M&M store… Possibly my favorite destination in Times Square 🙂 It was on my senior year bucket list to visit! It’s actually surprising how many tourist attractions I have yet to visit in New York City though I live a mere half hour away from most. Can’t wait to finish my list.. Hopefully by next summer.
This year was our first year of making a successful gingerbread house! Unlike other years, this time it didn’t fall apart and the frosting dried nicely 🙂 It should be a tasty treat on Christmas!
I like the effect the lack of focus gave to this picture. It makes the foil on the candies sparkle more.
These candies almost look glittery!
Pasta, fresh tomato sauce, mozzarella cheese, and broccoli… Sounds good, looks even better!
I like taking pictures of food. I don’t photoshop, so it’s interesting to make a real picture look interesting by editing the lighting instead of making it look perfect and photoshopping and everything else that makes food look artificially good in commercials and advertisements. I want my pictures to look real and natural. I just adjust the lighting.
These are pictures of a chicken salad sandwich and the last is a picture of pumpkin custard with ginger snaps. It was one of the best meals I ever had.
Don’t these brownies look good? I think so! Guess what? They’re actually pretty healthy! 90 calories, minimal fat and sugar, and 20% recommended daily value of fiber in them too! And they taste amazing, especially after 10 seconds in the microwave and with a little frozen yogurt on the side.
Healthy food can be delicious too! The other day, my family and I got free samples of this spinach gelato recipe… We all looked at each other with sour faces before we tasted it, expecting it to taste really bad, considering it was green. We were all shocked when it tasted so delicious and refreshing! We also got free samples of a spinach mango smoothie: also green; also not-so-tasty looking; also absolutely delicious. And I’m not a fan of spinach whatsoever. I need to try using our blender more!
My friend, Kayana, has a really great fitness and health blog with a bunch of healthy and tasty looking recipes that I have yet to try out 🙂 Here’s her blog link: http://lilfitbirdie.com/
Enjoy these pictures! Don’t let them tempt you too much 🙂
These are all macro shots.
